Straub-Eco-Grip®     KCES - Pipe Couplings and Clamps

Economical - for use in lower temperature and pressure ranges.

Economical, pull-out resistant (axial restraint) pipe coupling for use in low pressure and temperature areas with metal pipes, PVC, ABS, CPVC

  • Diameter 26.9 to 168.3 mm
  • SS301
  • EPDM sealing sleeves

The axial restraint STRAUB-ECO-GRIP® is designed for use on metal pipes at low temperatures and pressures (up to 6 Bar). As a result of its innovative, patented design it makes connecting plain-ended pipes even more economical, yet it can still correct:

  • axial misalignment
  • angular deflection and
  • pipe diameter differences (see below).

This ready-to-use coupling is removable and reusable, and due to its slim casing, even more space saving.

Sample application in a water-treatment plant

STRAUB-ECO-GRIP® is ideal for use where the requirements of the pipe system are low and appearance is also an important consideration, for example:
  • service and control lines in the industrial sector or
  • applications in plant engineering and process technology.

STRAUB-ECO-GRIP® may also be used on plastic pipes such as PVC, ABS and CPVC.
